Market Analysis

Bond markets opened up but are moving back down towards breakeven in mid morning trading.  Stocks opened negatively but have since moved into positive territory.  In economic news, June's Retails Sales were slightly worse than expected with the headline number down .5% vs expectations for a decline of .2% and with the ex-auto (excluding Auto) number down .1% vs expectations of no change from May.
