Market Analysis

The 10 Year Treasury Bond is taking a hit this morning (lower prices mean higher yields/rates) and the impact is moving over to the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac MBS.  While we have not had it yet, we may have an updated rate sheet this afternoon with higher points for the same rate.
