Market Analysis

The bond market has been volatile today with the market improving mid morning and then falling back and now improving again.  The stock market which opened down significantly is now back in positive territory.  Below is a 15 minute chart from Larry Baer's Market Alert site which captures the volatility that has produced 2 different rate updates today.
